You really make them click, alisanne. I don't know many fics with Kingsley in them, but yours make me wish there were many more. Also, the idea of an alternate path for Severus is very appealing.

And you still surprise me - while the broken balls innuendo was more than expected, warning the Longbottoms wasn't. (But really, why does it surprise me, it's completely logical! As Aurors they have to know each other, at least.)
