“This may not work,” Neville said, dropping the last of the Mandrake into the cauldron.
Bill smiled. “I know, love, but I’d still like to try.”
They decanted the potion together, hands linked. Neville drank some, smiling tremulously at Bill before making a face. “If we do this again, I’ve got to work on the taste.”
“If we do this again, you won’t have to worry about the taste,” Bill said, hugging Neville and cupping his stomach. “I can’t let you have all the fun.”
Neville smiled. “Let’s see what happens with the first baby before we plan more, okay?”
