Fun in the Sun
~
Draco generally avoided the sun. He burned easily and, honestly, he hated sweating. Yet here I am, broiling in the sun with Harry. Unbelievable. “I hate being hot,” he muttered. “How long must we stay?”
Harry smiled. “Well, dinner’s over. There’s usually a quick Quidditch match before pudding.”
“Quidditch?” Draco perked up. “Why didn’t you say so?”
“I thought I’d surprise you.” Standing up, Harry pulled Draco to his feet. “Come on. Let’s show them how it’s done.”
And as he and Harry beat the pants off the Weasleys, Draco found he didn’t mind the sun so much after all.
