Severus is right about not wanting to know the future. And I cannot help but frown when reading this story: Neither of their futures turned out anywhere like they hinted at or imagined. It's so sad... No, it's only sad for the reader though, these two are (like any man luckily) completely oblivious to the tragic -(ah! I can't bring myself to write it out! So I'll ignore canon for now)
