So I'm now addicted to some bloody matching game, which I play before I go to bed at night, meaning I now get even less sleep. *sigh*
I only bring this up because I just listened to Fresh Air on NPR and the guest was a sleep expert.
Turns out I need more sleep and I'm doing everything wrong.
So...yeah. :P
Tonight that all changes. *fingers crossed*
