Taking the Lead

Draco hesitated, and Potter immediately looked concerned. “Too fast? We don't have to--”

Lunging forward, Draco kissed him once more. Potter gathered him close, plundering his mouth. When they separated, their chests were heaving.

Potter exhaled, swallowing hard. “I’m getting mixed signals here,” he said. “If you don’t want to--”

“I want to,” Draco assured him. “But maybe we could wait a bit before going to your bedroom? I mean, I think what we’re doing will lead us there, but--”

“It’s fine.” Potter drew him down onto the sofa. “Is this all right?”

Leaning in, Draco nipped Potter’s mouth. “Perfect.”
