London Day 4 (proper)

So after the disasters of yesterday and this morning I decided I needed to regroup.
Thank you for all the fabulous suggestions about what to do with my unexpectedly free day, BTW! You all rock!
Here's what I actually did:

- After the concierge sympathized with me, he tried again to get tickets to the WB studio tour visa another company. No luck. But at least I exhausted all options.
- He did help me by booking our trip to Leeds, Canterbury and Dover, though. So I shall be gone tomorrow. Be good! *g*
- Opted to have dim sum for lunch which was delish.
- Went to the British Museum and prolly saw a quarter of the place. Maybe. Well, maybe one sixth. It was fabulous and I managed to take pictures of Septimus Severus' statue. *g*
- We went and had afternoon tea at the museum. Lovely. :)
- Left when it closed and shopped for stuff. Gotta love tacky tourist crap. ;)
- Returned to hotel to collect Mummy for dinner.
- Had Indian food and while there, ran into another Jamaican. We are EVERYWHERE. Heh.
- Scouted out the pick up spot for out Leeds/Canterbury/Dover tour tomorrow.
- Now am back waiting for a call from the concierge.
- Am consoling myself with the thought that maybe the WB tour will still be operating next year during this, which I am already thinking I need to attend. ;)



And, since early tour is early, I'm off to bed in a mo. Goodnight!
