Missing Muse Means More Recs

alisanneHello, Flist! I come bearing more Snarry Thon recs (since my muse seems to have done a runner).
I admit, I have been remiss in that I haven't recced any Thon art yet, so this post will have some delicious art as well some fics that are, imo, must reads.

Second Hand News 9400 words, R rated.
This features one of my very favorite tropes, i.e. Harry asking Snape to pretend to date him to get rid of someone else. This one, though, had some lovely twists and turns and some really memorable Snape lines. In fact, this is one of the most Snapey Snape's I've seen in ages. In addition, the mutual seduction was delicious and the ending was hilarious and perfect. *pets Harry*
Duty Calls 12,969 words, NC-17 rated.
Fabulous plot, UST up the wazzoo, a sexy Severus that literally made my eyes bulge out of my head as I was reading, a mature, adult sexy Harry... Yeah, nothing wrong with this fic. Nothing at all. Well, maybe one thing. I could have read more of it. *g*

Unbuttoned PG-13.
This artist has created some of my very favorite Snarry art and I must say, she just keeps getting better and better. As you can no doubt tell from the title, Severus' buttons are a distinct presence in the art, and really, who isn't obsessed with them? Harry clearly is (smart man).
Also? The look on Severus' face as Harry undresses him... Yeah, this one is a keeper. Guh.
The New Potions Master PG.
There's so much emotion wrapped up in this one panel. The heartbreaking look on Harry's face, his furtive, desperate twisting of his wedding band, the anguished longing that's palpable... And, blurred in the background, the new professor, a Severus look-alike, who seems oblivious. *sigh* Poignant and gorgeous. Of course if I wrote fic for this I'd have to make it have a happy ending. *g*
