Draco wasn’t sure what he was doing. Yes, Longbottom had asked, but staying after dates wasn’t his thing. Yet somehow, Draco’d become incapable of denying Longbottom anything. “You’ve bewitched me.”
Longbottom, across the table from him, blinked. “Why’s that, then?”
Draco hummed. “You get me to do things I don’t plan on.”
“Like stay?” Longbottom chuckled, clasping Draco’s hand. “That’s not bewitching, those are my powers of persuasion.”
Draco smirked. “Whatever it is, you must teach me.”
Neville smiled. “Stick around and I will.”
All in all, Draco reflected as they shagged on the table, it was a good deal.
