- Dracula's house is up for sale! Alas, it's a fixer upper. *g*
- Yoga for wine lovers. I could totally go for this.
- I...don't even have words to describe this one except to say, if you're a fan of the Predator/Aliens movies, you should watch. Kids will be kids. :)
- Language really is fascinating. Take, for example, these words with no English equivalent. Although honestly, why don't we have a word for number 3?
- Can anyone explain the Eurovision song contest to me? I've tried reading here, but I do not get it. *tilts head*
- Mindblowing optical illusions.
- Really bad toy ideas are really bad. And I am not kidding. *shudders*
- Why can't you use phones on planes? Because of magic, apparently.
- This gorgeous actress talks about beauty and she made me tear up.

Date: 2014-05-24 09:17 pm (UTC)Every year a country in Europe hosts a gigantic gay party where each country sends somebody to sing a cheesy song. Deranged dancers, bizarre costumes, and some truly incredible sets complete the night. After every country has performed the second half of the evening begins. That's the part where everybody ignores everything that's just happened and votes for their neighbour/home country/oil provider. Then the country who can best afford to host it next year is declared the winner.
We do this instead of war.
Lately some countries with quite dodgy human rights records have been let into the club. We're hoping to reform them through sequins. This is literally and definitely part of the legendary gay agenda.
