I am nodding a lot at the things that surprise foreigners. Though not the credit cards, fitness and coffee, because that is not too far from how things are here. I think we are still (?) one of the least cash-using nations on earth. But honestly, my first time in the US it was the size of the cars and the servings that was my biggest surprise *G*
