Favourite character?
Severus Snape
Which house?
Slytherin 75%, Ravenclaw 25%. Yep, evil genius. *g*
Patronus?
Something with wings. A phoenix maybe?
Favourite class?
Defence Against the Dark Arts
Would you make to the Quidditch team?
Probably not. I’d be with Luna in the stands wearing crazy hats. *g*
If you do, which position?
Beater. *evil laugh*
Favourite teacher?
McGonagall. Strict but fair, and very knowledgeable.
First or second Dumbledore?
First. Definitely.
Least favourite character?
Toss up between Umbridge and Fenrir Greyback. *shudders*
Most useful spell?
Accio!
1. Have you ever written in an unusual place?
Mentally I write in church all the time. *blushes* I usually try to concentrate during the first mass, but since I sing for two, and the homily etc is usually repeated, all bets are off for the second mass, thus my mind can wander… *g*
2. The word/phrase you know you overuse, but can’t get rid of.
As I have often said to Torino, everyone in my fics hum. Severus, Harry, Draco, Minerva… EVERYONE. Maybe because I’m musical? *g*
3. Do you keep notes? Do you have a notebook?
Mental notes. And I jot down notes on the computer when I get an idea but don’t have time to write the actual story yet. But no notebook.
4. What’s the hardest part of a fic to write for you?
The end! OMG, I can’t tell you how many times I’ll be on IM with Torino and Lilyseyes and be like “I need an ending!”
Oh, and I hate titles and summaries. Blech. Why can’t I just call everything “Happy Snarry Fucking”? :P
5. Have you ever based something in your fic on your personal experience? What was it?
Since I write in a fantasy setting, not really? I’m in the medical field, so I guess I know hospitals and diseases, but who wants to read about that? *shrugs*
6. What’s that one fic you want to write but somehow know you never will?
The 150K epic explanation of why Severus and Harry are destined to be together. Problem is, I wouldn’t want to read it, nor would anyone else. :P
7. What do you usually do when you procrastinate?
Watch TV. Chat on IM. Read other people’s fic. ;)
8. What’s the funniest typo you’ve made?
There have been several, but I can’t recall any at the moment. Maybe ask my beta reader? LOL. There was a one a few years ago where she actually typed in the margin “best typo ever”. *g*
9. Do you listen to music when you write?
I’ve tried that, but no. I need silence. If I’m transcribing something I wrote earlier, though, the TV can be on.
10. Your favorite comment a reader has left on your fic?
I treasure every comment I get, so I can’t say I have a specific favorite, but I LOVE the ones where I get into a conversation with the commenter, or, even better, make a new friend. Those are the best.
