Those wedding dresses are absolutely stunning! I loved the story about the little girl cosplaying as Jyn as well ... all the Carrie feels :(

So, Frozen made me a Ravenclaw. Some of the April Fools jokes actually make me want to try them on my colleagues. Hee...and I usually hate April Fools. *g*

As for problems with women's clothing - yeah, I'm so so happy I found Gudrun Sjöden so many years ago. Funny, colourful dresses for all sizes and figures, with pockets!

I used to get other results, but Ravenclaw started showing up pretty recently. I don't know if that means that I'm getting wiser or just that my priorities have shifted. *g*

I was thinking more along the line of Brussel sprouts pop-cakes. *g*

Aww, thank you. I'm having a lot of fun with those clothes. There are two ladies I follow, who really are artists with them! miraimfeld and spencelybaker - they also seem to have the money to buy everything I'd love to buy, too. *g*

I always feel self conscious mixing patterns, but they are clearly masters.
Impressive!

Spirits, yes. Mixing patterns and colours - it took me years until I dared to try any of that. I've known this designer since autumn 2005, but I only started buying and wearing them in spring 2014. And it took me a really long time before I dared wearing reds and pinks with my red hair.

Gudrun makes mixing easy. Her fashion catalogue is really inspirational, and even better, she keeps to her favourite colour spectrum and her favourite materials. So the blouse you buy today matches the skirt you bought two years back matches the coat you bought five years back. No putting aside older pieces of clothing with her stuff!

She's all about beautiful things that last for a long time. Lots of her shops even have corners where you can swap out pieces that don't fit you anymore for something else left by another customer. And she often uses recycled cotton for her clothes, too.

Uhm, yeah. You can tell that I'm really passionate about her, huh? *g*
