Here are the new
thefridayfive questions for the week! (I think I missed last week's questions. Oh well).
1. Where did you go the last time you took an airplane ride?
Baltimore, Maryland for Potterversecon. :)
2. Are you a nervous flyer or a comfortable flyer?
Depends on where I'm seated, LOL. If I've somehow talked my way up to first, I'm quite comfortable. ;)
And I'm rarely nervous on planes, unless there's a ridiculous amount of turbulence.
3. Window seat or aisle seat?
Window, definitely! No one climbing over you to go to the toilet, no one jostling you as they walk by...
4. What is the worst experience you've had flying?
Two years ago year we went to Austria on a music tour and it was fun, but the trip back was a nightmare with cancelled flights and having to go through Edmonton and Vegas to get back to the mid west US from London. We got home 2 days late and I had to go right back to work (I always build in a 1 - 2 day recovery period on all my trips). I was exhausted for a week.
5. What is the best experience you've had flying?
We got upgraded to first class on a trip from London to Vienna (yes, same trip) and that was nice. *g* They provide pajamas to change into, they turn down your bed...that was really lovely.
