The Friday Five, 2/16/18

alisanneTime for this week's questions. They're quite introspective this go around.
1. Do you believe in fate? I go back and forth on this one. Overall I'd say no because I believe we all choose the things we do without supernatural influence. Now, environment does influence us, our thoughts and thus our actions, so there is some predictability in that, but do I think there are three weird chicks up there somewhere manipulating me, pulling my strings? No.
2. If Karma was to visit you now, would it be kind or kick you in the butt? I think if there were such a thing, it (she?) would be kind to me. Of course, I've done things I'm not proud of, but I like to think I've been a decent human overall.
3. Do you believe you have lived another life previous to this one? I used to think this (more wish it, really), but now I'm not sure. I like the idea since it would allow you to maybe right some wrongs you'd committed in a previous life, or maybe see other people's perspective. I have to say, it would be cool if true.
4. What do you believe in with an unshakable resolve? Facetious answer? The stupidity of Trump. Serious answer? Change i.e. entropy.
5. What one factor influences your life the most? Right now? My limited mobility. Between neuropathy left over from chemo, and joint pain that makes it painful to walk, I'm not nearly as mobile as I once was, and it limits and worries me.
