When Hermione stepped through the Floo, Millicent was up in a flash. “It’s done?”

Hermione nodded.

“How do you feel?”

Hermione exhaled. “Free.”

Slowly, Millicent smiled. “So, what’s next? Do you need time to mourn?”

Throwing her arms around Millicent, Hermione hugged her. “No. My marriage died a long time ago,” she whispered. “I’m done mourning its demise. It’s time to celebrate.”

Millicent kissed her temple. “Okay.”

Hermione laughed. “I’m probably horrible for wanting to celebrate my divorce being finalized by shagging my girlfriend.”

“Actually, I think it’s the perfect way to celebrate.”

Hermione kissed Millicent softly. “So do I.”
