The Friday Five 6/15/18

This week it's all about Ali's (lack of) health.
1. Do you think you have a health lifestyle?
Not really, no. I could stand to exercise more and eat fewer carb heavy foods.
2. What could you do to improve it?
I already answered that in question 1, but I will expand on it to say, if I had more mobility and less pain, that would help with the ability to exercise.
3. Are you tempted to eat every time you are hungry or do you wait for the next meal?
As in, do I snack? I sometimes snack at work in between patients when I know it's going to be a while until lunch. Since I sometimes end up working through lunch, it becomes necessary, sadly.
4. When are you most tempted to snack?
Afternoons, mostly. That's when lunch is hours past and dinner is in the distant future and I'm hungry. :P
5. Do you agree with the saying: "Eat your breakfast, share your lunch with a friend and give your dinner to your enemy" or do you think it matters?
It makes sense to front load meals since that ends up making you eat fewer calories close to when going to bed, but I never seem to manage it. In fact, I do almost the exact opposite. Which may be why I have a weight (and mobility) problem... *sigh*

Thanks for participating!

Date: 2018-06-17 08:10 pm (UTC)A time turner would solve SO MANY problems.
Although, knowing me, I would spend my extra time sleeping... :P
