The Friday Five 10/12/18

I'm late with this, as with everything these days. *sigh*
1. What was the best compliment you ever received?
This is a difficult one. I think I'll go with the patient who told me I saved her life and I had to be one of God's angels. IIRC, I stammered a 'thank you', and quickly changed the subject. :)
2. What are your five best talents?
Er...questions like this always throw me. I'll go with:
The ability to simplify complex medical information to make it understandable.
Empathy.
The ability to diffuse tense situations.
An analytical mind.
A good sense of humor.
3. What do you wish most people knew about you, and why?
This is another tough one. Maybe that, despite being relatively outgoing, I do have moments of introspection and introvert-ness. That way they wouldn't be surprised when I withdraw and need alone time.
4. What has been your biggest accomplishment so far, and why does it mean so much to you?
Becoming a board certified medical oncologist. It was a tough road, but Slytherin determination and ambition stood me in good stead. ;)
5. If you could achieve anything in your life, what would it be?
I would like to be remembered as a good friend, a loving person, and I'd like to somehow leave a good mark on the world.
