Blanket Walls and Blind Dates

Word Count: ~18,600

Summary: Percy lives alone, perfectly satisfied with his life, his job and his time with his family, until Harry invades his quiet flat, his personal life, and his heart.
Why I loved it: The dance that Percy and Harry do here is enchanting. They are both adorable and clueless (Percy less so than Harry) and somehow it all works out and they get a happy ending, so yay. It made me smile!
Imagining It
Rating: NC17
Word Count: 3,600
Summary: He was fantasising about his brother's girlfriend. It was sick. He probably was too. But Tonks was gorgeous, and clever, and she worked for the Ministry, and she'd been wearing a low-cut pink top that clung to curves that were Merlin's gift to the horny adolescent male, and he was an eighteen year old boy who had read a lot on the subject of raging hormones. So he probably couldn't help it.
Why I loved it: Percy's dry, inner voice is utterly hilarious, and the self-deprecating way he thinks of the circumstances he finds himself in, even as he still goes ahead and fantasizes anyway, made me LOL. Very unique writing style that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Why I loved it: I am not generally a fan of incest (unless it's twincest, which this was not), but this fic was delightful. The reasons for the incest make prefect sense, and I was cheering by the end. Percy was just lovely here, so studious and earnest. And Charlie... Guh!
And now you know why I don't rec. I am just not that eloquent when it comes to saying WHY I liked something. *shrugs*
