It's called Percy Weasley and the Cessation of Boredom, or, How Neville Saved Percy and it's Percy/Neville, VERY NC-17.
I'll prolly repost it here in a few hours (once I'm home).
Also, I received some lovely art fromteamjustice, who drew Changing Room for me (yummy Kingsley/Percy!). *g*
I would also like to take this opportunity to thankemiime for the lovely job she did in moderating this fest. The more I participate in fests in fandom the more I appreciate what a hard job that it is. I have seen some really stellar moderating and some not so great behavior, and I have to say that emiime is a class act. *hugs her*
