Declaration

Harry was sweating as he walked into the pub. This was the most daring thing he’d ever done, but he refused to continue living a lie.
He didn’t want Ginny, and she didn’t really want him. She wanted Harry the hero.
Harry immediately spotted his quarry. Mouth dry, he walked over. “You came,” he said, sliding into the seat across from Snape. “I wasn’t sure you would.”
“Your letter was...intriguing,” Snape replied.
Harry flushed. “You agree that our fighting may’ve been from...attraction?”
“Well, I am here,” Snape said dryly.
Harry relaxed. From Snape that was practically a declaration.
