At Home
~
“Just...give me a sec, yeah?” Ginny whispered.
Harry nodded. “Sure...”
She grinned. “Ready?!” she called out. Nine heads popped up. To everyone’s bemusement, the core Weasleys gathered beside Arthur’s charmed pianoforte, Ginny raising her hands like a conductor.
The piano started and, in harmony, they all sang, “Silent night, Holy night...”
Harry’s heart squeezed as he watched Ginny. She positively glowed, and at that moment, he fell in love again.
When the carol ended, everyone clapped and Harry came up behind Ginny. “Love you,” he whispered.
She smiled, and as they stood there, winter raging outside, Harry was home.
