3fan_holidays reveals are up, so I can now claim the fic that I wrote for ![[insanejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/ij-userinfo.gif)
curia_regis. It's called Another Brick in the Wall, and it's uncharacteristically dark for me.
My recipient requested a 'plotty, dystopian story with no fluff and no PWP'. O.o
Well, after the panic subsided I decided that I could, in fact, do this.eeyore9990's suggestion that I write this in the form of connected drabbles really helped, and so the fic was born. I like to think that I had a soupcon of Snarry in there (heh) but it really is pretty gen, although there are likely those who will see some H/D as well. ;)
Anyway, I am kida proud of this fic, so I shall repost in a moment.
Also, I have to refer people to the lovely Neville/Snape (yes, you read that right) called Capable of Melting Hearts, Too written for me byjuniperus. Trust me, you need to go check it out, it's very well done.
And finally, thank you,celandineb for running this fest again this year. I had a great time, as always. It's one of the least stressful fests I do all year. :)
