The infant giggled at the blond before getting distracted by the stuffed toy next to him.
“They’ve short attention spans at that age,” a voice said.
The blond looked startled, then resigned. “Indeed, they do,” he said.
“Wasn’t sure you’d come today,” the brunet continued conversationally.
“It seemed appropriate,” the blond said.
Two young men entered the room.
“You left him alone, Harry?” the blond scolded.
“Draco, he’s fine,” Harry said, scooping their son into his arms.
They left.
The brunet looked at the blond. “See you here next Father’s Day, Lucius?”
Lucius nodded. “Probably, James,” he said ruefully. “Probably.”
