I am nowhere near caught up in my overall fest reading, but I am almost up to date on

snarry_swap, so I thought it was time for recs since I hadn't seen many yet and there are definitely some lovely things going on over there.
Of course, since my own taste is my own, YMMV.

cruisedirector, this art is simply stunning. The colors, the positioning of Severus and Harry within Stonehenge, the moonlight bathing them... Guh. Just beautiful work. And if you haven't read the story it's based on I would urge you to do that as well. :)

A delightful story in which an adult Dudley saves Harry for a change, Severus is his usual snarky self, taunting Petunia at every turn even as he nurses a sick Harry back to health, and where there just happens to be delicous hot smexing on the side. Also? Thank Merlin for house-elves and Petunia is reminded that karma is a bitch. *g*

Crime is of the Essence

No, no, don't be scared off by the word count. This flows really well, like a good detective novel, and since it has Sherlock Holmes in it, it should. ;) I don't watch BBC's 'Sherlock', but this was still a fun read for me. Lots of UST, lovely jealousy, and an intricate plot that uses magic brilliantly. Well worth the time, this one.

An Insatiable Appetite
7300 words, NC-17

Hot, sweet and delicious, if you like MPreg, this is the story for you. The fact that Severus is the one carrying the baby makes it even better, IMO, since a hormonal Severus is very fun to see. I also have a soft spot for insecure! Severus, which is deftly done here. And the sex? Guh! You should prolly turn your heat off before reading this one. ;)
