Upping the Game

As they walked hand-in-hand in search of the coffee shop, Draco eyed the reflection they made in shop windows. He smiled. They were an attractive couple. He wished others were around to see them, but the streets were deserted. Probably for the best, he thought.

They rounded a corner and Potter skidded to a stop. “Damn,” he said.

Draco sighed. The coffee shop was obviously closed, its interior dim. “So much for coffee,” he murmured.

Potter hummed. “Well, there’s one more place we can go if you’re game.”

“Where’s that?”

Potter smiled. “Mine. So, want to come home with me?”
