Hello, my name is Alisanne and I used to post here a lot...

I'm joking (sort of) but I'm sorry I've been MIA this week. I blame it all on Trump this new game I'm addicted to (and Trump).

Anyway, I know I promised updates on all sorts of things, so Imma start with con updates. :)

Alas, I had to work for a few days between cons, but then came Potterversecon!
( Last weekend was also a con, called Potterverse )
I got home safe and sound, and have been here several days, I've just been buried in my game. Thanks to brumeier for poking me and spurring me on to come online again. ♥

I totally owe you all replies and I will prolly be slow doing it. Be patient with me, please. :)

And finally, if any of you are interested in con fun, next year is Misticon, which I plan on attending. I hope to see you there! <3

Anyway, all in all, I'd say it was a success for a first con. Especially since they were expecting maybe 1500 and got 3000! *g* I'm hoping they're more prepared next year for the phenomenon that is Harry Potter fandom. <3

I always vow that I'll post as the con is going on so I won't forget anyone, and then of course I get caught up in events and it doesn't happen. *sigh*
Anyway, this is how things went down, at least as I recall them. I admit I may have been drinking, so... ;)

This will prolly be my last San Diego Comic-Con post since I'm pretty sure I'm never going again (although I'm seriously considering going to at least one day of Chicago Comic-Con as I'll be there at the same time as it's happening). BUT, since I have finally managed to figure out how to get pictures off my phone (shush, I'm technologically challenged, okay?) I figured I'd share some of them with you. Keep in mind that I take crappy pictures, lol.

And that's it! That's likely to be the last time I see Dan, at least in this show since it's coming to the end of its run. I do hope he does more Broadway, though, he's really improved over the three times I saw him, so I can only imagine how much better he'll get if he keeps at it.
